Working as a Senior Consultant at Inbound Data Management & Insight Team
The Senior Consultant plays a critical role in Inbound turning data into actionable business insights. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of creating insightful, actionable dashboards that drive business decision-making. By working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Consultant helps shape data-driven strategies, guiding decisions in marketing, product development, customer engagement, and business operations. This role involves both technical data analysis and the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, driving business growth and optimization.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:

Excellent facilitation, negotiation and consensus building abilities,
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields.
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, insights generation, or Reporting roles, preferably in marketing or product analytics.
Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, Python or R.
Experience with ETL processes for data cleaning, transformation, and integration.
Knowledge of APIs and data pipelines for integrating multiple data sources.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or other relevant data storage systems.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
Knowledge of statistical methods including regression analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads) and product analytics tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams across marketing, product, and executive functions.
Experience with customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and audience analysis.
Familiarity with attribution modeling and advanced statistical techniques for marketing analytics.
Experience in storytelling with data for effective business presentations.
Great work ethic and positive attitude.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and executive teams to align data strategies with business objectives and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Define key business questions, formulate testable hypotheses, and establish measurable KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn rate, and conversion rates.
Develop and maintain a measurement plan, setting performance benchmarks and ensuring strategies are aligned with business goals.
Identify, integrate, and manage relevant data sources across Google Analytics, CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, and digital advertising tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Work with data engineering teams to maintain data pipelines, handle data integration, and ensure reliable data infrastructure.
Conduct audience segmentation, cohort analysis, and customer journey mapping to identify behavioral patterns and optimization opportunities.
Utilize statistical methods, correlation analysis, trend identification, and predictive modeling to uncover actionable insights.
Perform marketing attribution analysis to measure the effectiveness of different channels and campaigns.
Design and implement intuitive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio, ensuring real-time or scheduled updates.
Validate and test dashboards for data accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs, providing clear and compelling reports.
Translate complex data insights into strategic recommendations, effectively communicating findings to various stakeholders, including executives, marketing, and product teams.
Develop and optimize data-driven marketing, product, and business strategies, ensuring they are measurable and continuously monitored.
Provide training and documentation to improve data literacy across teams and enable stakeholders to use dashboards effectively.
Continuously monitor key metrics, iterating on strategies based on new data, feedback, and evolving business needs.
