This role focuses on advanced campaign management, multi-channel optimization, strategic planning, and deep data analysis, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client results. JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and data interpretation abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and manage complex advertising accounts without supervision.
Expertise in multi-channel performance marketing, campaign optimization, and budget management.
In-depth understanding of advanced KPIs, A/B testing methodologies, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in advanced tools such as Excel modeling and reporting dashboards.
Deep technical knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, capable of mentoring junior team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
4+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
Ability to align marketing strategies with business goals and deliver actionable insights to clients.
Great work ethic and positive attitude.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end execution of high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms.
Develop and implement large-scale, complex campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
Monitor advanced metrics and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
Perform in-depth analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights for campaigns.
Establish benchmarks for campaign performance, reporting, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure ad platforms function correctly and efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile client accounts, managing day-to-day needs.
Suggest and implement operational improvements to enhance campaign efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and integrate findings into ongoing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with advertising platforms' requirements and technical best practices.
Work closely with the Brand Performance Marketing Strategist to align operational tasks with broader performance marketing strategies.
Maintain strong communication with platform representatives (e.g., Google, Facebook, Youtube) to refine brand strategies.
Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively planning next steps.
Support knowledge sharing within the team and lead initiatives to improve internal workflows.
Helping to drive continual improvement to Inbound’s project management processes.
