As an Associate Consultant at Inbound SEO Team, you will collaborate with Mid- and Senior Consultant to execute and support SEO activities that drive measurable performance outcomes for our clients. You will gain hands-on experience across various industries and contribute to enhancing organic search visibility, traffic, and lead generation through strategic execution. This role requires initiative, curiosity, and empathy, along with the ability to connect SEO actions to broader performance goals.

In this position, you will work within a team environment, actively contributing to SEO activities, updating progress in internal tools, and occasionally interacting directly with clients on minor deliverables. The Associate Consultant is an essential part of our team, ensuring that even the smallest tasks align with the overall strategy and client objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:

• Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving,

• Excellent attention to quality and detail, solid documentation,

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

• 1+ years of practical SEO experience, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.

• Proficiency in basic SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console or Ahrefs.

• Understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank websites.

• Open-mindedness and a proactive approach to learning from peers and supervisors.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on connecting actions to results.

• Meticulous in completing small projects with minimal supervision.

• Eager to stay updated on SEO trends and implement best practices.

• Great work ethic and positive attitude.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Mid- and Senior Consultant to execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

• Assist in creating content plans aligned with keyword research and SEO goals.

• Plan and execute small-scale link-building campaigns with minimal supervision.

• Document and update tasks in tools like Teamwork and share progress in internal meetings.

• Support in analyzing data from SEO tools to inform strategy and measure success.

• Help identify and resolve basic technical issues such as broken links or meta tag optimizations.

• Provide updates on minor deliverables directly to clients as needed.

• Actively participate in internal team discussions, observe client calls, and seek guidance for continuous improvement.

• Helping to drive continual improvement to Inbound’s project management processes.
